Our work / The Little Princess Shop & Salon / Local business website
A local business.
A world of its own.
The Little Princess Shop & Salon brings parties and pampering to Maidstone. We built its OliveCore website to carry that personality online, while helping parents explore the options, build a party and take the next step.
more magic.

Maidstone
Plenty of personality.
A clear path for parents.
The website has two jobs: give a feel for the celebration, and help a parent work out the practicalities. Photography, colour and playful detail create the atmosphere. Party pages, package information and a price builder help people make a choice.
(01) A feature made for this business
Their party.
Their choices.
The party builder puts the choices together in one place. Parents can switch between Princess, Fairy and Spa, choose a package, set the number of children and add extras.
The guide price updates as they go. So does the party summary carried into the enquiry form: the team can see the combination the parent has put together.
The distinction is clear: this is an estimate, with the exact quote confirmed by the venue. Existing online booking remains a separate route for people ready to check availability.

(02) Keep the character
Even the night mode
belongs here.
Soft pinks, illustrated details and expressive type make the site recognisably Little Princess. Its alternate night theme changes the mood to a starry palette, without changing what the visitor came to do.
The mobile layout keeps the same identity in a narrower space. Text-size, contrast and read-aloud controls are also available, alongside the party information, FAQs and contact routes.
These are details in a real local-business website. The care is in making the whole thing feel like one place, from the first impression to the enquiry.

(Easy to look after)
A login.
And away she went.
Nicola was given her OliveCore CMS login and started changing images and text without needing training. Her feedback was that the platform was easy to use.
For a local venue, that matters as much as the front of the website: keeping its content fresh should be a normal part of running the business, not a technical project.
Meet OliveCore(The difference it makes)
Helpful for parents.
Helpful for Nicola.
Nicola's feedback is that having the party estimator helps her with enquiries. Parents can explore a combination and see a guide price before getting in touch, with their choices already brought together for the conversation.
This is the new OliveCore platform at the scale of a local venue: a distinct identity and a useful feature shaped around the business. If you run a shop, a venue or a service business, we can start with the same question: what would make your website more useful?
