The problem
High-volume recruitment drowns good teams: hundreds of applicants, a handful genuinely suitable, and the sorting done by tired humans reading the same answers at midnight. Pre-screening fixes it - if the experience respects the candidate and carries the client's brand rather than a generic form.
The product
TrueFit is our answer, built as a white-label platform: branded assessment journeys that walk candidates through the questions that actually predict fit, scoring that surfaces the shortlist automatically, and an admin that lets a client team see exactly who to call first - one codebase, many tenants, each wearing its own identity completely.
The builder
Every campaign gets its own branded microsite, assembled from a twenty-block builder - heroes, stats, galleries, FAQs, maps, forms - each theme a faithful design system, so a client launches something that looks bespoke in an afternoon, without touching code.
The same platform discipline that runs our client work, productised: TrueFit is what OliveCore engineering looks like when it is the product itself.
The craft
Under the surface it is the house engineering: .NET 10, multi-tenant theming, accessible components as standard, and admin ergonomics we sweat over - toggles not checkboxes, pickers that open on a click, nothing that makes a busy recruiter think about software instead of people.
