The platform
NetworkAssist360 is a global provider-search platform for the risk and assistance industry: tens of thousands of vetted providers - medical, security, logistical - searchable by country and city, by capability, by accreditation and by network membership, with spatial search and live mapping underneath. Organisations use it daily to answer one hard question fast: who, near there, can we trust with this?
A decade in daily service
We did not inherit this platform - we conceived it, built it and have evolved it continuously through more than a decade of daily, worldwide use. That longevity is the point: search grammars refined by real operators, data structures shaped by real incidents, and uptime treated as a promise rather than a target.
The rebuild
The platform is now rebuilt end to end on .NET 10: modern Razor architecture, spatial indexes doing the geographic heavy lifting, clustered live maps, cascading category search and an interface that gets an operator from question to shortlist in seconds. Same trusted data, a generation newer everywhere else.
Anyone can demo a prototype. Running a global platform for a decade - and then having the discipline to rebuild it properly - is the part that cannot be faked.
Where next
NetworkAssist360 is available under licence, and the full technical story - the anatomy of the V10 rebuild - is coming with its launch. If your organisation runs on provider networks, or wishes it did, this is the conversation to have.
